The program never got the inital funding to begin. sorry to anyone who wanted to be a part of the program. I plan to try again to make this program a reality in the future.

The answer to that is Yes!, Yes! and Yes! like i said our biggest problems is the website. but i have been through a few so called graphic designers, some who have taken college courses and they still cannot or will not do the task that needs to be done. we are in virginia beach va and i really wanted someone local to be able to get hold of, but if you think you can be up to the challenge, then we could definately do it. please give me a call and leave me a message at 757-818-8138 i will get with you on, the details of our situation and needs. then i can email you an atachment. or email me at troyflora@yahoo.com.

we need someone who can make a basic site with about 7-8 pages of regualr public informations, another 5-10 pages of secured account information where the landlords can access and fillout forms and regualte their tenants rents. and a few admin pages of final databases and bank transactions of course this will be the highest level of security. I can give you more information, but that is the summary. i do have rough prototypes and designe layouts, but my web knoledge is limited, and my current graphic designer is not much more knoledged about it than i am. so we are slowly saving money toward paying professionals but it could take much more time. i have pitched it to potential investors, but we need a product with a beta test to show that it does work. we have a beta apartment complex set up, but the product is not ready. your offer is mouth watering. thank you. this will help many, many people. I believe that we can earn a fair proffit and help millions at the same time. it does not have to be a hand out or charity. I would love to speak to you more about it but i could go on for days! thank you.  p.s. for give spelling errors.

If you are still working to build this program, and are going to be helping people, I'd be willing to donate my skills as a web designer.  Right now I'm trying to dig my way out of my own mess, but I know eventually I will, and I'll be glad to help support programs like this that keep people from facing the situation I'm currently in.  Please keep me in mind as a resource when you're ready to move forward.  It's a great idea you have here.

well any suggestion or information you can provide or maybe we can have a discussion in reference to the program. we have most of the numbers set, but our graphic design team is not experienced enough to complete the task of the product, so we are in a holding patern for beta testing. you have some suggestions in the mean time, i am all ears.
